Here are some generic ideas. 1. Make sure the room is well lit.2. Check
the batteries in both controllers. Try removing and or replacing them.
This has worked for me before (simply removing and reinstalling

What specific device are you trying to get started with? Samsung Gear VR
(or similar) and what phone?? I saw a note on Meta's site regarding

You might want to try putting it in GPU direct mode as opposed to hybrid
mode graphics. This may be in the Alienware control panel or bios
directly (its been a while since I had one) It may be detecting the
Intel or AMD on die GPU (depending on model...
