I log on to my Meta account on my PC. The message I get is this:We
couldn't find any devices associated with your Meta account.The IOS app
will not allow me to purchase anything either even though it recognizes
the Quest 3 that I have.What do I do?
I received the following notification/message "Provide your account
details by Feb 4 or your account will be suspended." I have gone through
all of my account and cannot find anything missing so I do not know how
to respond to this.Does anybody know ...
Let me know what happens--I finally got with support and they told me
that if I did not receive an email telling me where to send ID info then
it should not be an issue---I am still concerned though
