I have found no way that works to transfer video/still recordings from
Meta Quest 3 to my Mac with macOS Sonoma. Android File Transfer does not

Yes, those steps are what I tried a dozen times, e.g. completely closing
the app, deleting then reinstalling the app, over and over. I don't need
to send a screenshot - it is simply the Gallery view with a list of my
synced videos and no upload butto...
I now have v65, the latest system software and meta quest app on iOS 17+
on an iPhone 14 Pro. Yet, no upload button in Gallery on the iOS app.
So, what now?
My iPhone 14 Pro has iOS 17.4.1, the latest Meta Quest mobile app (there
are no pending updates), and I have a Meta Quest 3 with v65 but I cannot
upload panoramas or spatial videos from the phone to the quest 3 despite

The action with controllers in TV and Files are both confusing
especially with my own media, 360 2D and 180 3D files. There are
different actions for the same result depending whether TV or Files or
whether passthrough is activated. I JUST WISH THERE...
