I copied over both types of files into the "Quest 3\Internal Shared
Storage\Music" folder and the headset will see the files in the file app
but won't play them. Options when clicking on the 3 dots on the file
only shows the options "View Info" and "...
This 100% worked for me. Meta quest link on windows 11 build 24h2 hasn't
worked in a couple of weeks. Kinda gave up using the headset because it
kept Steam games from working also. Was ready to sell this thing. Glad
this fixed it.
I will admit that when v64 came out passthrough got a bit better. So
that right there tells you it can be fixed software side. Not sure if
they are worried that improving resolution will kill the battery and
everyone will bomb forums with complaints ...
Didn't say it was ethical. Just what we are stuck with. I hate it too. I
don't play much through just the headset because it looks so bad. I just
use mainly for pcvr.
The internal screen resolution is different than external camera
resolution screen shots. No way to get shots of what the user is
actually seeing without some camera trickery.
