It can happen... they have a good help center.... this mayb sucks to say
but im glad im not the only one having this issue.. we all have this

For the People thinking to upgrade to v63 bèta.. please don't... look on
YouTube.. its a good update but not finished yet. Lots of People
complaining with disconnected controllers and no option to connect
them.. look on utube typ in v63...
Same over here. On original v62 software... it does says purchased but
no download option. Even tried it trough the meta quest app on my
phone.. it wont install the games.. nada
