Parental supervision dash won’t load. When selecting on individual child
the app does not load the details so unable to set time limits or
approve and manage apps. Just a black screen. When I load in Family
Center web version I can see some info but ...
I had this last week, however I found it seems to have rectified it. I
kept going to the payment screen and then cancelling it. I went back on
later and the 2 games I was trying worked fine. Have you had any
success?
Ok, so this afternoon I tried on Android app and managed to connect to
my childs account and allowed me to see activity and see apps etc. it
does not allow me to see "all activity" in the time spend section,
however so not 100% working but a step in ...
I'm getting this too on both App and website as above. If my child
requests an app for me to approve the email link allows me to approve
it, it seems to load the meta app but bypasses the part that doesn't
load. But this leaves me with no way of mana...
