Hi, I preordered Quest 2 on the Oculus store on launch day, right when
the preorders were opened... Sept. 16... but...Still shows as
"Processing for Shipping"...While I am reading other people already can
see a UPS notice...Who can I contact for supp...
And about 1 am I got an email with the tracking number... Today the
Oculus is in my hands :smile: But, the other order, that I issued right
after, with the Elite Strap, battery, and case along with the Quest 2
Fit Pack is still "processing for shippi...
IMHO, if you do not fix this mess, I am not going to order directly from
you anymore. I love your products but whoever orchestrated this
"preorder" mess needs to be fired IMHO.

My orders were charged last week, on the 6th, 7 days already, and is
still "processing for shipping", 7 days IMHO after charging the payment
should be enough for having at least the shipping notice and tracking
