At first we thought it was our project. I created a new project with
just the Meta SDK and Samples. Build the Hands Sample and the Perf VRC 1
Frame Rate goes from 72 to 19 consistently every other second. Anyone

I don't think this is specific to UE either. I have built an app using
just a sample scene and Unity and still have the same thing happen.
Spikes from 72 down to 18-19 every second or two.
Seeing the same thing on multiple computers and multiple ways of
testing. Even a new project with just Meta Samples it still does this.
