This has been going on for a long time. Don’t believe them. There’s no
fix. Not one person on any help forums that I have seen said they had
this resolved. They just keep telling you they are escalating the issue
until you just give up! We’re dealing...

These people at meta are crooks! Leave a review on the better business
bureau. There’s a lot of us that have been scammed of our hard earned
money!

They know exactly what’s going on but won’t tell you. I have begun to
screen shot every thread that has to do with is issue. I’ll be
contacting the BBB and attorneys to see if there’s anything we can do.
