I don’t think it’s a valid reason for this issue. I went to subscribe to an app as I have many times before but randomly it asked for a PIN which it NEVER did before so I typed in what I thought it was and it wasn’t because guess what? I never create...

Totally agree! Like I literally reached out to the app I was trying to subscribe to and they felt bad and gave me like a week as we thought it would be fixed but guess what it’s not!! So now I basically can’t use the headset for what it was purchased...

I’m having the same issue! I can no longer use it for supernatural app I’m just sitting here wondering what other devices can I get where I can actually buy games and stuff!
