Meta quest 2 lenses black line and screen turning into whatever color i look at

Please help me fix me quest 2 because i accidently dropped it and now there are black lines and the screen is really pixely (bad resolution without changing settings in sidequest) and the screen becomes blury and turns into whatever color i look at
