Ok so I let my oculus charge and the port melted and I'm going to return it, but as it was factory resetting it died and the head set still shows up on my app. So any tips to remove the headset from my oculus account

I have proof but the picture icon won't work I'm younger than 18. On mobile I have been accepted but on VR I click the link it says I can't get the channel
