When I turn On VR ocullus 3 all it ask is set up a boundry and then i
cant launch universal menu by touching the meta button. I have to launch
it from mobile app.
I found this method on forum and I tried it but it didn't work. Plus
when I launch a game from app and within the game when i press meta
button the menu shows up
