everything. Restarted computer, Oculus, and reset WIFI. I uninstalled
the PC app, I deleted all oculus files from user app folders: local,

Mine started working. I updated Radeon to the newest update (which came
out 15 days ago, so not sure that affected anything), and I updated my
Communications Port driver. Restarted the computer and now it connects.

It will connect via cable, but being tied to a cable defeats the purpose
of the headset. I have no done any windows updates, and it doesn't sound
like the OP has either, so its got to be on Meta's end. Either with the
app or with an update.
Ridiculous, especially since its happening to numerous people. It's
obviously on their end. "Oh, it's been working fine for you for months
and nothing changed on your end? Must be the GPU that you've been using
that entire time".
