Hey! I’ve got this issue again, I got a new phone and now it doesn’t
want to connect to it and it just says „saved, can’t connect” I’ve tried
restarting both devices and that did not work. Do I have to factory
reset again?
The factory reset with the phone worked for me, now I can connect to all
of my Wi-Fi networks that I’ve tested. Now it even connects to my phone!
I’ve also got all my data back by logging in my account. Thanks a lot!
Before doing the factory reset, should I backup something etc? And also
will I be able to get my data back from the games and other apps? I will
try doing a factory reset, but I would appreciate the answer to these
questions.
