I had it fixed. Meta support told me to factory reset and all my game data would be saved. I did and Assassins creed nexus data totally got wiped. Only a couple games had their data saved. Sucks but the only way I could fix it

Hi again. I got the game to work. I had to factory reset my headset. I did lose all my game progress though.

Hello. I could also not get the same problem to be resolved with that solution. How else can I solve this issue?
