Hello, sorry for the late reply!The factory reset did fix the issue,
wish it was some other solution cause I did lose all of the inaccessible
photos and videos of my 3 years of experience playing with my friends.

Okay, thank you! I appreciate the help! I was afraid that I had to
factory reset if a solution wasn't obvious. But I hope it works out for
me. If not, I am hopeless. I will give an update on it later!
