My return package arrived at one of Meta's facilities down in Texas
yesterday but the return page says its still awaiting arrival, is this
because they only operate on business days or does it take them a while
to actually acknowledge the package was...
So i had returned my Quest 3 only 4 days after having it because it came
with stick drift. I read their return policy and I see that if meta
deems it damaged they wont give a full refund or potentially wont give
one at all. Is that the case for stick...
I just want to clarify that this issue isnt caused by dust / dirt. I
recently bought my new Meta quest 3 headset and it was going good at
first and then the 2nd day i had it im having major stick drift issues.
by the way i only got the vr like a week...
