Happy they resolved the issue, it took me 9 months to get my issue
resolved too. Support is the slowest I have ever seen, but they are
batting 1000 at fixing issues lol.
Meta support is horrible and mostly outsourced overseas where they reply
with pre written responses. That is why so many Meta Support replies are
carbon copy of themselves.The chances of meta coming on these forums to
reply to you are 90% or better. ...

Just an update, they finally fixed it for me today, they had to escalate
the issue to their highest level tech support and he fixed it in 1
email. Took 9 month to get meta to escalate it, but if you keep at them,
