Well, he got in contact with the original owner and he got it connected, so he's got it

I don't think he's gonna respond, but is there a way just to his metaquest is pre owned he bought it off facebook marketplace he can't click headset settings, because it's gray

His problem with the headset settings is that he can't click on it snd we tried everything
