As per subject. I can see in my meta horizons mobile app that I have
multiple apps that need updating but they will not update in my Quest 1.
The apps do not show as needing updates at all. I checked my cloud
backup date and the last good backup was ...
I know you're probably mandated to link to new products but you realize
you're making me angrier instead of actually helping rightIf you want me
to continue to enjoy Meta products give me store credit or a partial
refund. Otherwise forget it.
I understand that you're just doing your job. Please relay the above
post to the relevant teams. I will not be purchasing any meta products
for the rest of my life and am in the process of ensuring no one I know

I am aware that you are not in charge of the decision but I am extremely
