Crack in Controller joystick

My joystick from my controller got a crack in it is there a way to fix this without Glue. Like can I get a loos joystick or something?

When I try to buy breachers i have to verificate with my bank and I do that and it Goes to white screen with no buttons only a arrow to go back that says verification next to it

It still shows a white screen and no buttons to go further at the verification screen
