I just got an replacement headset and both controllers on not contacting
and i tried the reset and replaced the battery and reset the device many
times. i am not sure what else to try. also I cannot even connect to the
app.
Hi I am having the same issue, where the fan is blowing and nothing else
is happening. I have tried resetting but it does nothing and just keeps
blowing the air after a quick pause. the screen stays blank.
