OK. Was able to resolve. Only 2 things you have to make sure are in your
project settings for Unreal:"Remove Oculus Signature Files from
Distribution APK" - is UncheckedIn Platform Settings for Android,
"Install Location" must be set to Auto
I'm in the same boat. The generic message doesn't direct you anywhere.
All tests locally run fine. If this is caused by having OpenXR active in
the project, then I can use that. But current error is to generic to
troubleshoot. Any helpful info or dir...
