Brand new Meta Quest 3, just started using it today. Installed the Elite
Strap with battery, everything was working fine. Took a short break,
when I came back and put the headset back on, the right lens showed no
image. There is some light in the rig...
Final update, I went to the shop today and they immediately gave me a
replacement unit after observing the issue. Super happy with the
customer service there.New unit works perfectly so far.
Thanks for the feedback, I've contacted @MetaQuestSupport already.I was
hoping there was a way to fix it myself, but I've not found other people
posting about the same issue. Super disapointed that the unit became
