The issue is not solved for me. I just did exactly what their website
suggests and contacted them, and they were as unhelpful as ever. This
time they asked for my receipt of purchase. All very cryptic. I now need
to wait 3-5 working days to hear from...
They told me to wait it out. They asked where I bought it from, and as I
never bought it from the Meta store directly, they advised I wait to
speak to the retailer I purchased it from before requesting a
replacement/refund...maybe they think they can...
This has ruined our Xmas day too. Apparently 'Engineers' are working on
a fix, and I can expect an email update anywhere from 3-5 working days
from now. I can't see how an update will fix this as it's stuck in the
boot menu - how will I access any up...
