After months of non-use I charged my quest 2 headset. After receiving a
green light on the headset I pressed the power button. The headset
turned on and the Meta logo floated on the screen for about 30 minutes
then the screen went blank. I did a boot...

chatted only to receive the response "sorry, your unit is out of
warranty, if you want you can purchase a refurbished unit for $169.99".
I would love to actually talk with an agent if...
Same thing happened to me. I have not used my Quest 2 for about a year
but got it out to play with friends. Charged it and turned it on. It
musts have started the update during that time because I received the
floating Meta logo for about 30 minutes....
