A lot of new users after the holidays, like me. I am seeing this posted
a lot, with questions on it going back at least a year. I'm not sure if

Ok. I think I actually figured this out! And again, a big boo to META
for giving users bad info and not providing support. In my case
(hopefully same as yours) we couldn't pair the second account to the
Meta Horizon app because the pairing code would...
This is some major B.S. right here. The answer is because secondary
accounts can not, under any circumstance, pair via the Meta Horizon app.
My guess is that you are getting a screen to pair with a code, but that
never displays on your headset under ...
