Same problem here with the headset, when i try to claim a replacement
and enters my serial, it just says my device is not affected, but it
still is. Customer support just takes bumps me around asking the same
questions over and over again.
Ive tried both, same message.Any luck with support? They told me they
where gonna replace my headset but after i comfirmed my shipping details
etc they just started the communication all over again asking for
shipping adress.
