Not abusive at all, Just to clarify, the snap occurred while installing
the new head strap, as its necessary to remove that piece to make the
swap. I just wanted to make sure the details were clear.
I got offer a resolution to simply buy another one . Fantastic
resolution!! In my opinion Meta is more focused on maximizing profit
