You'll need to use meta quest developer hub on a pc. Turn on developer
mode, plug in the headset, and update the name in MQDH. If it doesn’t
show up right away, restart it.
The Quest 2 only lets you pair one set of controllers at a time, so
existing ones must be unpaired before pairing new ones. Not much support
