in steam vr, what is your resolution set to? iirc, by default quest 3 is
set to 2k - 4k. try lowering the resolution in your steam vr settings
and see if that helps any, say 1080. i remember when i used steam vr for

afaik, airlink isn't too "good". i'd suggest using virtual desktop for
pcvr. other users/players notice a better wireless experience when using
"vd" (virtual desktop). this has been the case in almost every vr game
