contacted they multiple time and they are not bring me any solution.
Each time I have another person, no replying to my question.That is why

Thanks you all for the support.I did not know why but now the see the
referral program again.I do not know if the country of my account has
changed but it works. Maybe the support solved it or just time was
needed. Any way, a big thanks to you all!

At 1st following the support idea, I just did a factory reset using the
phone App = DID not solve the problemTherefor I tried by doing the
following:- uninstall the app- Factory reset using the power and volume
(-) buttonsIt did not solve the problem...
