Won't Pair to app after Factory Reset

My Meta Quest 2 won't Pair to my app after a Factory Reset being applied to it, I just got a new one shipped to me from you guys, and I don't know why it won't connect. I don't want to delete my data on my account. Please help me out.Thanks.
