Im trying to log into my meta account through vr, but every time i enter the email, it wont send the link to log in. Im checking everywhere the email couldve been sent to but it seems like its just not sending

I created my first account a couple years ago and i bought a bunch of game, and now that my meta quest 3s is here i was trying to log in but i forgot the email. I know the username and the password but i cant remember my email
