I have a reoccuring problem of games needing an update, but it won't
install the update. It downloads the update file, but once it goes into
install mode it cancels. I click the update button again, same thing, it
downloads the file but cancels on in...
Our only choice is to format the device? This has happened with two
games so far. That’s ridiculous and unacceptable. We need a download
management screen like on the rift. Please remove this as a solution.
Factory reset isn’t a solution.
Sure have. And today, once again there's an update to my games and I'm
back where I started. Almost every single time there is an update I have
to delete everything and start all over.
