Added Linux and Mac builds.Both should work thanks to Unity, but I can't
test them for now (which is why I didn't added them straight away).
Don't hesitate to report any problem occurring with those versions.
Separate head and body would make you play most game like 'tank' game.
And a lot of people are really bad with this kind of controls. Also,
drivers used to play 'non Oculus native game' emulate the head tracking
as if it was standard mouse movements....
