I have had in the past a Oculus Rift cv1, Quest 2 and now a Quest 3 and
guess what? All 3 headsets have and had the same issue that Oculus
software saying no USB 3.0 connection via Quest Link. This seems to
happen after a period of time no matter wha...
It's pretty predictable that more Quest 3 users getting this issue
because as I've said, it's happened with Occlus devices in the past.
It's possibly their usb interface with their driver. We have to wait for
a magic chipset driver or windows update ...
You need to plug the headset into your graphics card HDMI port and USB
port then plug the sensors into your USB ports, set it up with the
Occlus Software

Yep, tried it all, Quest 3 like other models just drop to USB 2.0 after
a time, same with Quest 2, same with Oculus Rift so it's either your own
USB interface you're using or Windows just doesn't like it.
