FB/Meta.Using a PC1 will update to V64 the other 'updates' to V63. WHY

As per title.Is this something new?Winter cabin as example,used to see
only snow,lift lines and other cabins but now see like desert mountain
sides.Same background appears on other environments.Bugged or meant?
