I can also confirm that those commands don't work, so it seems
impossible to test the stereo rendering without a Rift. I too will be
waiting another month or two before my Rift finally gets delivered, so
it'd be nice to get a head start.

Thanks for the blog link! I just received my Hydra this morning, and
downloaded the Oculus UDK version yesterday, so hopefully we can get
Hydra integration working.
