Bullet Train before, and the Dead and Buried build we had access to was
built on sdk .8 or something from the OC2 era, I'm not even sure that it
still runs.
One thing that recently tripped me up with controller vibration - the
headset actually has to be on your head for the controllers to vibrate.
For us that meant putting the headset on while using our editor to tweak
