Not sure this is helpful, but I find when my controllers start glitching
I need to restart Oculus services. This usually brings me back to
rock-solid tracking. I think something wigs out over time for the Touch
driver.
Unreal is a blast! Very rough around the edges, but it was fun to
manipulate a level while in VR. Will likely be difficult to understand
if you're not familiar with UE4 in general. The setup was easy -- just
enable VR mode in the experimental editor ...
