roll back to 385.69 use tray tool to make sure power management is off. ive done this and its mostly silky smooth again

rolling back Nvidia drivers and using tray tool to make sure power management is off has mostly fixed the judder for me.

ive mostly fixed this by rolling back my nvidia drivers i still get the occasional blip but its 1000 times better than it was
