I think some people notice things like ghosting and stuttering and
others don't. I doubt there's anything wrong with your headset or USB,
you probably just notice the ghosting more than some people
Unfortunately unless Meta fix the problem there's nothing you can do. I
fly with a few clouds in the sky which stops the shimmering but if you
want to fly with a cloudless sky you'll need Meta to fix it
All you can do is submit a bug report and hope that Meta receive enough
to make them do something about it. Sadly I don't think Meta care about
PCVR so they probably won't fix it.
