Wonder why I have to purchase twice the same title available for Rift
and for Go. I think Oculus must do something for this exatly as they do
for free experiences.

I have the same issue. Phone notifications work for Quest 2 but not with
Quest 3. Open a ticket and the support team told me to check Community!
Unbelievable unusefull support.
I have the same problem with RIFT. I am using Windows 11 and had no
issues until one week ago.So the problem is not with Windows 11 but with
Oculus Software.No solutions in Reddit too. Many people are reporting
this issue.
