It's odd, mostly the game runs smoothly for me, then for short periods I
will get a reasonable amount of judder. If I just tough it out for 15-30
seconds the judder goes away on it's own and I'm left with smooth game

In the graphics settings 60hz is the highest allowed option. Is anyone
