I never dropped it I took it off the charger the other day and now it does not look immersive. It’s hard to explain but it’s like looking into a tv there is a black outline around the screen.

I just paid for an app and it says download fail. Should I request a refund? Do I not have enough space on my headset? I’m highly disappointed about this, I was really looking forward to playing this highly rated game. HELP what should I do?
