New Gear VR 323 don't charge Note 4

Hi everybody,anyone know why my New Gear VR version 323, doesn't charge my note 4? I use the Samsung charger with the supplied adapter, from Note 4 to Note 7 charger. I have tried 2 Gear VR 323 but no one works.Thank you
