You're better off looking for help from Microsoft, since it's their
product, and googling the issues you're seeing. These things aren't

I felt the same way. I have to say that it's at your own risk, because I
can't guarantee that it is the right thing for your situation. However,
I made the same judgement call, and I found it to be safe for the 700€
device I too have. Worked wonders....
This could be a overheating issue, that your PC is too hot. You should
try FurMark and RealBench. The first is a GPU stress-test, the second is
a CPU stress-test. Running these will show if either the CPU or GPU
overheat.
