Just want to say I'm having the same problem. Have tried all the same
things as you have listed. This is very annoying indeed! Please let me
know if you find a solution.
I'm going to answer my own question here:Yes, it is a stupid question,
but you make up for your stupidity with style I just read that asset
updates take 1-2 days to approve. Having hit 'submit' my game is still
available for download, so all is good...
